3. Delays & Communication In the rare event of a significant delay (e.g., weather events, logistical bottlenecks, or customs holds), we will proactively contact you via the email address provided at checkout to keep you informed.

4. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes At Light Saver, we want your shopping experience to be worry-free. We primarily ship from our local warehouses in the United States and the European Union.

Clear Labeling: In the event that a product is dispatched from our specialized international facility in China, this will be clearly stated in the product description before you purchase.

No Hidden Fees: We guarantee that the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Light Saver takes full responsibility for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearing fees. Our customers will never be required to pay additional charges to receive their package.
