Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Standard Return Procedure

To initiate a return or warranty claim, you must contact us at info@lightsaver.store. We will provide a Return Authorization and the correct return address within 48 business hours. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Required Documentation & Troubleshooting

For any return or warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • A photo of the original product label.

  • High-resolution photos and/or a video clearly demonstrating the issue.

  • Troubleshooting Protocol: For technical lighting issues, we may request a short video showing the connection process to verify the defect. Large files can be sent via WeTransfer to info@lightsaver.store.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Our Error: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, Light Saver covers all shipping expenses.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Once your return is inspected:

  • Full Refund: Issued if the item is in "as new" condition.

  • Partial Refund: A 20% restocking fee applies if the item is returned with scratches or damage that prevents it from being resold as new.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.

1-Year Limited Warranty

We provide a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all lighting solutions. This covers manufacturing and design flaws only. It does not cover installation errors, accidents, or product misuse. Defective items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished or new unit of equal value.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before the item has shipped. Please email us the same business day to ensure cancellation. Once an item has entered the shipping process, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
